Terms and Conditions

• Gemini Theater reserves the right to cancel and reschedule any performance although ticket holder will have right to a Rain Check for a future performance only if scheduled performance is canceled by Gemini Theater Company.

• Seating preferences are not guaranteed and are granted on a first come first serve basis.

• Single ticket holders have the right to change their performance date/time within ONE WEEK of scheduled performance if tickets are available.

• There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on unused tickets or Flex Passes.

• Tickets will be held at the Box Office unless otherwise requested.

• Gemini Theater is not responsible for lost or misdirected tickets.

• Non-walking infants are admitted FREE, but must be held on lap and not occupy a seat unless that seat is purchased.
