Birthday Parties

Groups of 1 - 14, tickets are $9.00

Groups of 15 & up, tickets are $8.00 (Sections left & right only)

Rent one of our Party Rooms for after the show for $60!

• You’ll get the use of one of our themed Party Rooms: Forest Room or Castle Room

• And after the show, don't forget to get your program autographed by the characters!

Party Room Seating:

Party Rooms contain bench and chair seating and seat up to 24 children comfortably, although seating is permitted up to 30.

Party Rooms contain 3 long tables and three round tables.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

• Birthday party bookings are held by a major credit card only (VISA/MC/AMEX/Discover) and a $60 deposit is required to secure the date;

• Final ticket adjustment and payment is due FOUR DAYS prior to scheduled birthday party performance. IMPORTANT: Ticket sales are final and there are NO REFUNDS on unused tickets;

• Birthday Parties are available during scheduled performance times only;

• Party Rooms are available for set-up and decorating, ONE hour prior to scheduled performance curtain time and are available for 1 ½ hours after performance curtain call;

• Party Room Rental Fee is refundable ONLY if party is canceled TWO WEEKS prior to scheduled party date;

• Discounted tickets are available for seating sections RIGHT or LEFT only. Birthday parties requesting CENTER seating must pay full ticket price; To view available seating chart, see Box Office/Tickets;

• Gemini Theater Company reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule any performance and/or birthday party due to circumstances and/or acts of nature. Birthday parties canceled by Gemini Theater Company are subject to full refund.

Birthday Parties

For the safety of the party patrons as well as the safety of our other guests, we ask that you review and follow the regulations listed below:

1. Gemini Theater Company is an interactive theater company, and during the course of the performance, children are asked to come on stage and participate. But to insure their safety, we ask that all children remain in their seats and stay clear of the entrances and exits until they are called down on stage by the characters in the story.

2. Gemini Theater Company is not responsible for the conduct of your guests and children should never be left unattended during the party.

3. If a child or guest is being disruptive to other patrons and/or interfering with the performance, they may be asked to leave the theater. Guests asked to leave are not permitted to return to theater and NO REFUND will be given.

4. You are permitted to photograph or video tape your child’s party before and after the performance, but due to copyright, there is no photographing, video or audio taping permitted during the performance.

5. You may decorate the Party Room to your liking, but the use of nails, tacks, pins on the walls of the Party Room is not permitted. (Only Scotch tape may be used.)

6. There is a hanger for use of a piñata, but only a plastic bat is permitted to be used for the piñata. Gemini Theater Company is not responsible for injury and/or accidents associated with games and/or activities conducted by party guests.

7. All trash and decorations must be removed and placed in the appropriate receptacle, although Gemini Theater staff will clean tables and chairs and sweep floor.

8. Gemini Theater Company is not responsible for items left after the party. Birthday parties held during other performance times must confine their guests to the Party Room with the door remained closed and noise held to a reasonable level.

9. No alcoholic beverages are permitted at birthday parties or children’s performances. Gemini Theater Company will provide 3 long tables, two round tables, benches and chairs for your guests configured to your choice. The host is responsible for all table covering, decorations, food and beverages for party.

10. There is no adequate refrigeration available, so coolers are recommended. Party room rentals are asked to adhere to the rental time period.

11. Any other use of the Party Room other than that designated in the contract shall immediately terminate the contract.

12. Any damage, other than normal usage, shall be billed to the person who appears on the rental contract and charged to the credit card on file.
